Island Way Grill

Stop by the fabulous island Way Grill at Clearwater Beach and treat your senses to world-class seafood and steaks and best of all, an incredible selection of fine wines!

The Island Way Grill is all about fresh fish. Their boats make daily trips to the gulf where we retrieve fresh grouper, Mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it’s any fresher, it is still in the gulf.

The majority of their dishes revolve around their oak and citrus-fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You’ll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout their menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared daily.

They take pride in providing an excellent selection of the world’s finest oysters, flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to their menu, their chefs prepare an assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest.

California – Bright and fresh, this is a perfect summer and spring Rose. Notes of strawberries, honeydew, and rose petals permeate throughout, and add to its complexity and character.

Fortress Cabernet Sauvignon
“Intense color with a dark ruby center and garnet edges. Aromas of raspberry to dark plum with a bit of dark spice and a lift of sweet toffee. The palate is fruit-forward with dark lush blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry flavors, followed by a great mid-palate with chewy tannins on the finish. Overall, the wine has great balance and is approachable enough to drink young as well as the structure and tannins to age gracefully.” – KRISTY MELTON, WINEMAKER
